About
Rituels du Kachemire is a space dedicated to a demanding and authentic approach to massage inspired by tantric and Kashmiri traditions.
The rituals and massages offered are derived from these ancient practices, in a contemporary interpretation, centered on presence, breath and the experience of the body.
Far from the reductive interpretations often associated with the term “tantric”, the approach developed here is part of a deep, respectful and fully professional approach to well-being.
Each session takes place in a clear and controlled environment, where quality of presence and respect for each individual are essential.

Visranti Ritual
Awakening
A non-naturist, enveloping ritual inspired by Kashmiri approaches and traditions, practiced on the floor on a futon in a slow, fluid and deeply soothing approach.
Performed using delicately warmed organic vegetable oils, the touch gradually invites the body to release tension and enter a state of deep relaxation.
The practitioner and the person being massaged remain draped or partially clothed throughout the entire session.
A beverage or herbal tea accompanies this suspended moment, conceived as a true interlude of slowing down, relaxation, and integration. A shower is also available before and after the ritual to prolong this feeling of transition and calm.
The ritual may also incorporate certain body treatments and complementary approaches inspired by the traditions of bodywork and sensory care.
Depending on the needs of the body and the dynamics of the ritual, certain passages may involve stretching, gentle mobilizations or techniques inspired by body yoga, Thai massage or other traditional somatic approaches, always in a search for fluidity, presence and listening to sensations.
Certain passages of the ritual may also include subtle sensory transitions — textures, vibrations, resonances — designed to gently awaken the body, without ever breaking the smoothness and coherence of the experience.

Laya Ritual
Immersion
Inspiré des approches tantriques et du Shivaïsme cachemirien, ce massage tantrique est une expérience immersive pratiquée sur futon dans un cadre naturiste clairement défini.
Le toucher, fluide et enveloppant, invite progressivement à quitter l'agitation du quotidien pour entrer dans un espace de présence, de sensibilité et de ressenti.
Tout au long du rituel, la personne massée est invitée à demeurer dans une posture de réception, portée par l'expérience sans avoir à faire, à guider ou à répondre.
Une parenthèse hors du temps, dédiée à l'art de recevoir.

Spanda Ritual
The expansion
Conceived as a slow and immersive sensory journey, the Spanda Ritual invites you to suspend your usual rhythm to enter into a deeper experience of the body, breath and perceptions.
Practiced on a futon in a clearly defined naturist setting, this ritual blends fluid touch, the warmth of oils and ritualized transitions in an approach inspired by Kashmiri Shaivism.
As the session progresses, certain passages awaken the senses in a more subtle way through different textures, vibrations or sound resonances, in a search for immersion, bodily listening and meditative presence.
A personalized snack or refreshment also accompanies this break from the everyday routine.
The Spanda Ritual can also, at certain points in the ritual, open up a more interactive and intuitive space of touch, in which presence, listening, and sensory awareness converge through a guided, reciprocal, and deeply immersive experience. As with the Visranti and Laya rituals, various specific gestures or approaches inspired by bodywork traditions may also accompany the session: exfoliation, stretching, gentle mobilizations, or techniques inspired by Thai massage and body yoga.
The session concludes with a body treatment in the shower, designed as a final phase of integration: an enveloping and soothing moment that prolongs relaxation and leaves room for a lasting feeling of release and grounding.
